Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

We accept returns for all of our jewelry. However, our return policy does have some limitations.

Our Return Policy:

- Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.
- Items that have been used (not in original condition) cannot be returned.

- You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. To start the return process, please click here.
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the item. If your postage purchase date is after the 14 day period, we will be unable to process your return.
- The customer pays for return shipping.
- Any loss of value will be reflected on the return amount.
- Item must be in original condition.
