FAQ's

Q) The time period for which I can initiate a return has passed, now what?

A)
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a return after this period has passed.

Q) I've initiated a return and have received confirmation that I can return my order. What should I do next?

A)
 Please remember that all returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Please include all original items in the return packaging and insure that them item is well protected. 

Q) How long should I expect to wait before receiving my refund?

A)
Depending on the return shipping method chosen, the time can vary. Once the item has arrived, we will process the return within one business day.

Q) My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

A)
We've never had an item arrived damaged in our companies history. However, if it does happen, please take photos of the package BEFORE opening it. All of our packages are fully insured, so having photos greatly speeds up the insurance claim process. After taking photos, please inspect the item carefully. If it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via the return forum.

Q) It says my package was delivered, but I can't find it. What steps should I take?

A)
Again, we've only had one package that was lost during the shipping process. However, it was eventually found. If this happens, please contact 1) us and 2) your local post office so we can take the appropriate steps to getting it resolved.
